About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Executive to convert interested prospects into happy customers. This is a 100% inside sales role (office-based) where you will conduct online demos and close deals via Zoom/Google Meet.

Your Responsibilities:
- Discovery: Contact assigned leads to understand their business problems and needs.
- Demo: Conduct online software demonstrations to show how our solution fixes their pain points.
- Closing: Follow up effectively, handle price objections, and get the contract signed.
- CRM/SOP: Maintain accurate pipeline records and follow the sales process.
Requirements:
- Language: Mandarin highly preferred; English & Malay required.
- Experience: 1+ year sales experience preferred (fresh grads welcome).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet and software tools.
- Attitude: Money-driven, confident, and not afraid of rejection.
Remuneration:
- Basic Salary: RM 2,500
- + Uncapped Monthly Commission (high performers earn much more)
- Year-End Performance Bonus / Profit Sharing

About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Sales Lead to take ownership of our SaaS revenue engine. In this "Player-Coach" role, you will manage our sales operations, ensure strict adherence to SOPs, and work directly with the CEO to scale the business.
While the primary focus is management and strategy, you must be ready to step in, sell, and own the sales target if the team falls behind. You will currently lead one executive, with a confirmed headcount budget to grow the team in 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline & Funnel Management: Monitor daily lead flow and analyze the entire sales funnel to fix conversion leaks.
- SOP Enforcement: Ensure the sales team strictly follows SOPs and hits KPIs.
- Marketing Liaison: Coordinate with the marketing agency and improve lead quality.
- Revenue Growth: Drive new acquisition strategies and upsell plans to increase ARPU.
- Retention Strategy: Analyze customer data to improve retention and reduce churn.
- Reporting: Use Excel to analyze data and present weekly performance reports to the CEO.
- Gap Closing: Step in personally to close deals to ensure monthly team targets are met.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (SaaS/B2B preferred).
- Strong individual sales track record and leadership potential.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, data analysis).
- Data-driven, disciplined, and hungry for results.
- 100% On-site role.
